I Don’t Wanna’ Be…Invisible!
November 19, 2006

Ever since I was a kid I’ve known people who have tried to keep a low profile…so low in fact, they are virtually invisible! I’ve never been one of those people. With every ounce of strength and determination in my body, I fight everyday to make my mark in this world, while carving a pathway to the next. I’d like to present a song I wrote with Terry Mace, about this struggle…and the effect love can have on it. I hope you enjoy it! Just click onto http://artiewayne.com/invisible.html

Artie, this is a really cool song. On the surface the melody is nice and light but is contrasted with the emotion and depth of the lyrics. I heard either a Macy Gray or Seal type of vocal performance and production. Is this the direction you were thinking of for this?
All the best.

I agree with Michael. This sounds like a hit tune to me. I like the lyrics a lot and especially like the structure. It has an ethereal feel, good emotion and imagery. Seal is the first artist I thought of when I heard it. I’d really like to hear you sing it (hint, hint). Don’t stop writing, Artissimo.
