EVER SINCE LAST JUNE I’VE BEEN RAVING ABOUT ADULT STEM CELL THERAPY AND DR. ALBERT LAI, HEAD OF PAIN MANAGEMENT CENTER , RANCHO MIRAGE, CA.,AND HAVE BEEN FIGHTING MEDICARE TO CONTINUE TO PAY FOR MY PROCEDURES. YESTERDAY I WAS TOLD THAT DR. LAI DOESN’T DO STEM CELL THERAPY!

I am writing on behalf of Wayne D. Kent aka Artie Wayne. Artie has been bravely suffering through his physical problems. He had some absolutely amazing results a while back from some stem cell therapy. Watching how much incredible, if not miraculous, movement he had in a video he posted not long after some therapy, gave me hope that I would see him walk again. As you know, the more immobile a patient is, the more subject the patient is to a cascading set of illnesses. With mobility, even limited walking, brings about greater general health and a lessening of long-term health costs. It would be cost saving to his insurance company should the patient (Wayne/Artie) recover as much physical capability as possible not to mention being humanitarian and logical.
Artie’s mental health has held up remarkably well and his positive spirit only increases the likelihood of as much recovery as is humanly possible. With your help, I fully expect to see Artie/Wayne self-sufficient and productive. Failure to provide the immediate to mid-term care he needs is fiscally unwise and amounts to cruel and unusual punishment. Furthermore, his recovery would help prove the benefits of the therapy and help many thousands of others which would lower health care costs for all those individuals and all of their respective insurers not to mention improving the quality of life and added productivity to the family of man, locally and internationally.
You can help lead the way, be a force for good, and have the satisfaction (if not renown) for having forwarded the medical and humanitarian condition.

“For classic rock musician Lester Chambers, it only took 24 hours and one picture posted on Facebook to raise almost $10,000 to help a beloved, but almost overlooked, musician with greatly needed funds for living expenses thanks to a nonprofit organization that exists to help musicians across the country.
After just 24 hours of the post going viral across Facebook, Twitter, and blogs, in an exclusive interview today, Rob Max, Executive Director of the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, shared that Lester’s fund received close to $10,000 in just one day, which will go directly to help Chambers with his living and medical expenses.
Max noted that the donations came in from “around the world, includingAustralia,Japan,Germany, theUnited Kingdom,Canada, and theUnited States.” Several key figures well known in the music world made Lester Chambers’ cause their own, and made early and repeated recent donations to his fund as well. Max said, “We received an e-mail from Yoko Ono’s office this morning, and they were glad to see that the word was getting out and hoped that Lester’s cause would get more attention now” that the message was spreading via Facebook and social media.

Lester Chambers, lead singer on, “THE TIME HAS COME TODAY” by the Chambers Brothers says, “If you feel moved by this outrage please share this with the world! Its TIME to tell the truth!!! HELP Me make this VIRAL so everyone pays attention to the Artist who bring joy to life… I’m about to be 72… IT’S TIME!!!”
At first I was annoyed when I got hundreds of notifications that the lead singer of THE CHAMBERS BROTHERS, Lester Chambers, had tagged my photo on Facebook. Then I read the cardboard sign (above) and wondered why he didn’t contact me sooner!
I’m facing a similar situation with getting paid for the cuts of mine that Michael Jackson recorded. It’s hard to believe that Michael’s estate earned 350 million dollars since he passed away, while I earned less than $5000, from my songs on posthumously released albums that contain some of his biggest hits!
Lester is right, only about 1% of those of us who’ve been screwed can afford to sue, like Lester I’m one of the 99% who can’t, however I have an idea.
Lester’s post got an astonishing 7,264 LIKEs, 1,416 COMMENTS, and 5,888 SHARES on FACEBOOK in the last 48 hours, and could kick start the campaign to start some “CLASS ACTION AUDITS” going!

Don Kirshner certainly had his ups and downs with The Monkees, but Davy Jones was the only one he felt had real musical talent. “That kid played Oliver in London and on Broadway. he could sing anywhere,” Kirshner told me.
Led by rich kid Mike Nesmith, The Monkees hated Kirshner for all the publicity he got, for choosing their songs without consultation and for bringing in great musicians for recording sessions.Mickey Dolenz even poured a coke over Kirshner’s head at one session, and he sat perfectly controlled while the ice dripped down his face.
In the end Nesmith was successful in getting Kirshner fired, but it was a double edged sword. They only had one more huge hit after that, Jones’ “Daydream Believer,” and they turned down a song he brought them, “Sugar, Sugar.”
